Flight Information

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport to Disney. It is a short ride to Disney property, about 15-20 minutes.

Magical Express

If you choose to stay at a Disney hotel, you can also book Disney's Magical Express, just mention it when booking your room. This free shuttle service will take you from the Orlando airport directly to your resort. Disney will send you special luggage tags so that they can claim your luggage. Once your room is ready, they will place your luggage in your room.

When you depart, Disney's magical express will take you from your resort back to the Orlando airport. Simply call the day before to schedule a time to be picked up. If you are flying on American, Continental, Delta, Song, JetBlue, Northwest, United, or TED, you can check in for you flight, get your boarding pass, and check your luggage at your resort.

Getting To The Wedding

We will provide transportation from the Contemporary and the All Star Music resorts to the Wedding Pavilion for the ceremony, then over to the reception and finally back to your resort.

Disney Buses

Disney has an excellent bus system that provides transportation from each hotel to all the parks, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Downtown Disney. Parking is free for resort guests at the resorts and the parks.

Renting A Car

You may also consider renting a car for your stay. There are plenty of onsite car rental options from Orlando airport. The drive to Disney property is quick and straight forward. Once on property it is difficult to get lost as there are plenty of purple and green signs to guide your way!
